These terms govern use of the Moondance website and submission of charter inquiries. A website inquiry is a request for information and availability; it does not by itself create a binding charter agreement.
1. Availability and contract formation
Availability, itinerary, crew, pricing and extras are subject to written confirmation. A charter becomes binding only under the applicable booking confirmation or charter agreement and its payment terms.
2. Prices
Displayed charter prices exclude VAT. For qualifying commercial crewed charters longer than 48 hours, Greek VAT is generally 13% on the charter fee. Day cruises and other charters of 48 hours or less, bareboat arrangements and certain other cases generally fall under the 24% standard rate. The exact VAT charged is confirmed in the written offer, charter agreement or invoice and may differ where a lawful certification-based reduction applies. Additional crew, cleaning, provisioning, fuel, port or marina charges and other extras are separate where shown. Promotional discounts apply only to the dates and conditions displayed and may be withdrawn or changed before a booking is confirmed.
3. Routes and weather
Published routes and passage estimates are illustrative. The captain may change routing, departure or anchorage plans for weather, sea state, port restrictions, safety or operational reasons.
4. Website information
We aim to keep vessel information, availability and prices accurate, but website content may change. The final written charter offer and signed booking documents prevail if there is any inconsistency.
5. Intellectual property
Website design, text, photographs, logos and other content may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission except where permitted by law.
6. External services
